What the contact form collects

The contact form collects only what you type into it: your name, your email address, and your message.

Why it is collected

Solely to understand your enquiry and reply to you. Your details may be used to respond by email and to prepare for a consultation you have requested.

How enquiries are handled

Contact-form submissions are processed through a third-party form-processing service and delivered to the ImtiSuite business inbox. The information you submit may be processed and stored by that service for the purpose of handling and delivering your enquiry. Enquiries are reviewed by the founder or an authorised ImtiSuite representative. Your information is not sold or rented for marketing purposes.

Please do not submit patient-identifiable or clinical information. The public contact form is for business enquiries only. If you submit such information by mistake, please contact us at hello@imtisuite.com.

Correction and deletion

You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you submitted, by writing to hello@imtisuite.com from the address you used.

This notice covers this website's contact form only. It does not claim any certification or legal framework; a formal policy will accompany the ImtiSuite platform itself.

كيف نتعامل مع الاستفسارات

تتم معالجة طلبات نموذج التواصل من خلال خدمة خارجية لمعالجة النماذج، ثم تُرسل إلى بريد العمل الخاص بـ ImtiSuite. وقد تتم معالجة المعلومات التي ترسلها وتخزينها بواسطة هذه الخدمة لغرض معالجة استفسارك وإيصاله. تتم مراجعة الاستفسارات من قِبل المؤسِّسة أو ممثل مخوّل من ImtiSuite. ولا تُباع معلوماتك أو تُؤجَّر لأغراض تسويقية.

يُرجى عدم إرسال أي معلومات تعريفية عن المرضى أو معلومات سريرية. هذا النموذج مخصص لاستفسارات الأعمال فقط. إذا أرسلت هذه المعلومات عن طريق الخطأ، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر hello@imtisuite.com.

التصحيح والحذف

يمكنك في أي وقت طلب تصحيح معلوماتك أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على hello@imtisuite.com من العنوان نفسه الذي استخدمته.
